Why is Uganda always behind?

FOR a very long time Uganda has always come second to Kenya as far as markets are concerned. For example, Alvaro was only introduced in Uganda after it had been on the Kenyan market for over a year.

Then came Novida, plastic soda, M-pesa, and a series of other commodities. Are some people not doing their job? Why should we always come second to Kenya in everything? Aren't we good enough?
