It seems Africans working for some foreign companies are only employed because of the constitution! Imagine an employee is sacked just because a foreign worker wants it! No African employee is paid more than sh500,000 yet they have families to look after and do all the professional and donkey work!

The foreigners who only do the work of collecting money from clients are paid millions of shillings although their records are doctored to hoodwink auditors that they are paid much less!

The management does not want to hear any complaint from an African employee! Is this our country or does it belong to foreigners? I would like the Government and the labour ministry to probe this matter and weed out foreigners who pose as investors when they are working solely for their own survival and that of their relatives.

This does not help Uganda as a country or Ugandans as citizens.
