REBECCA Nayijuka finished 4th position in the 2009 edition of the MTN Kampala Marathon. In the process she also defeated Dockus Inzukuru who came 6th position in the10km event.

REBECCA Nayijuka finished 4th position in the 2009 edition of the MTN Kampala Marathon. In the process she also defeated Dockus Inzukuru who came 6th position in the10km event.
The S3 student at Mbarara SS who also won a medal at the East Africa Schools in Kenya believes she can do better on the international scene if she gets a coach and funds.
“I want a sponsor so that I can get someone to train me to realise my international dream. I have missed participating in many local competitions due to lack of money for transport and other necessities,†she said.
