STUDENTS of Gulu University have been urged to strike a balance between academics and sports in order to have an added advantage in future.

The call was made by the university secretary, Vincent Okoth- Ogola at a brief function to welcome back the university team from this year’s East African Inter-University Games that concluded at Kenyatta University Nairobi in Kenya on Monday.
Gulu University bagged two gold and two bronze medals from the one week event in men’s discus, javelin, high jump and shot-put.
