Philip Idro, Uganda’s Ambassador to China, is apparently not a happy man.

Philip Idro, Uganda’s Ambassador to China, is apparently not a happy man. Due to budget constraints, our foreign missions, including our embassy in China cannot afford everything they need to ensure smooth running. Idro's problem is that his monthly budget does not allow him the luxury of eating frogs’ legs, which are a delicacy in China.
“Culturally, I am an exposed person,” he told our scouts. “However, my budget does not allow me to eat them, because they are too expensive.” A pair of frogs legs can cost as much as $100!
