A bleached woman MP from Buganda must have had one too many at a dinner dance held in honour of the former VP Speciosa Kazibwe at Speke Resort, Munyonyo last Friday where President Museveni was chief guest.

The tipsy MP was among several MPs who staggered to their vehicles, at midnight, an hour after the President had made his exit.

The inebriated legislator hit her car twice before she drove out of the parking yard. An hour later she entered Shell Nakawa at such a frightful speed she forced pedestrian around to flee for dear life.

Meanwhile, another woman MP, representing a special group, literally clapped, showing thumbs up at everything the President said, to the amazement of her colleagues.
