TANZANIA’S SC Simba’s coach James Sianga (top) left the country, but after signing a three-year contract with Express, which comes into effect on November 16.
Express chairman Godfrey Kirumira yesterday confirmed the contract of one of the most successful coach in East Africa, though he said that it will come into effect mid next month.
“Remember he still had to complete his contract with Simba. He went back to finalise his obligation and officially hand over before coming to Wankulukuku,†said Kirumira.
