STATE minister for youth and children Felix Okot Ogong has advised parents and social workers to enforce the Children Statute in fighting child labour and early marriages of girls

STATE minister for youth and children Felix Okot Ogong has advised parents and social workers to enforce the Children Statute in fighting child labour and early marriages of girls.
Ogong advised parents to utilise the Universal Primary Education programme by sending their children to school.
He was recently launching the Luganda Straight Talk magazine, Twogere kaati, at Kawuula Primary School in Kiyuni, Mubende.
The magazine is to equip adolescents with information on transmission and prevention of STDs.
