Court on Tuesday rejected the body’s US$8.8m bank guarantee they had deposited to secure an appeal against an award to Alcon International. The Commercial Court threw out NSSF’s guarantee, saying it did not comply with the court’s earlier order.

KAMPALA — The Government will soon expose the ‘covert’ activities of some members of Reform Agenda who fund the People’s Redemption Army rebel activities. State minister Kezimbira Miyingo told MPs on Tuesday some RA members were facilitating recruits and providing drugs.
