Nantumbwe was crowned in March this year at Kati Kati Restaurant after beating eight other contestants. She was supposed to get a computer, one-year complementary salon treatment, modelling contract and some money.
But snoops say she has never been given any of the prizes. In fact, she was recently spotted in a Wandegeya salon, where she footed the bill.
