EDITOR—I appeal to the public to stop walking on the grass being planted in kampala city and other places.

In most cases people step on the grass, damage the pavements and sometimes litter them with rubbish!
This is unacceptable and Kampala City Council should strongly discourage it. We need a green Kampala during and after CHOGM.
