Serunjogi in car trouble

Motorists who ply the Kyebando-Kamwokya route were thoroughly inconvenienced at the beginning of this week. Not because the floods had made the roads so dangerously slippery and almost impassable.

It was because former Kampala Central division chairperson, Charles Musoke Serunjogi’s Land Cruiser broke down and blocked the road.

For several days, the Land Cruiser, which broke down near the Kamwokya Catholic Church, lay there unattended. “It broke down last week before Iddi (last Friday) but has not been removed,” a Local Council official told our snoop on Tuesday.

When our snoops visited the scene, motorists driving to and from Kyebando were squeezing through the remaining gap. Serunjogi, what is going on?
