EDITOR—During the 56th Graduation ceremony at Makerere University Prof. Apolo Nsibambi announced the Akright Excellence Awards for the best four graduands in the fields of civil and electrical engineering, urban planning and environmental management.

Unfortunately up to now the beneficiaries have not received those awards. Can Makerere and Akright please explain what happened?
