Apparently, there was not a single mast. Well, looks like he got what he wanted. Celtel recently erected a base station at Namunyagwe in the area. Snoops say an excited Kasulu, has gone on a sim card buying spree for everyone from close relatives, in-laws, his workers to village mates.
