SPAGHETTI is one of those dishes that cook in under 20 minutes, so because it is a quick meal, you may fall into a pattern of cooking it the same way day in and day out. Try one of these recipes to give your spaghetti that extra kick.
Get two cups of milk, carrots and dried mushrooms because they add flavour to the dish.
Boil the spaghetti as usual until (cooked to be firm but not hard)
Heat up butter or oil and add your carrots and mushrooms
When carrot is a bit cooked add the stock, milk and boil
Turn down heat when the milk has boiled
Mix ½ a teaspoon of flour in water and add to the mixture. Flour helps thicken the soup
Finally add your spaghetti and cook till ready.
