WE know him as a speed wizard behind the wheel of a rally car but few know Ponsiano Lwakataka for the astute businessman he really is.

Lwakataka who has flourishing business interests in fish exportation, real estate and schools (Gayaza Road High School) looks set to join the equally lucrative but competitive hospitality business.
Our snoops recently stumbled upon an inn that the sportsman is building in Kyebando, off Gayaza Road, next to Trends Swimming Pool.
A worker at the site said the facility will have 45 self-contained rooms, each with Pay TV facilities. There will also be a bar and restaurant for customers to enjoy drinks and meals as they rest.
The Inn, which includes a three-storeyed structure, will apparently set Lwakataka back by over sh400m when complete. Not bad, Mr Lwakataka.
