MUBS, how long does it take?

EDITOR—Since the beginning of last semester Makerere University Business School has not given us our identity cards and yet they are essential. We went to the main campus at Makerere for them but were turned back as our names were not on the list of those who had paid for the cards!

How long does it take to send money from Nakawa to Makerere? Some of us paid as early as August last year! We are very puzzled and disappointed by the MUBS administration.
