A- Every month, the Gover- nment sends money to districts to cater for schools. The districts are responsible for the funds and the implementation of government education policies. My role as an MP is supervisory. However, I donated stationery to schools when I had just assumed office. I also initiated the idea of making students pay sh2,000 for examinations.

- Name withheld

A- I received the money and used it to buy two big plastic drums and two tauplines to serve 102 villages in my constituency. So far, I have spent sh25m on improving the welfare of my people yet I got sh10m for the fund.

Ssebuliba, do you help your people?
Q- What has Kawempe South MP, Ssebuliba Mutumba, done for the constituency during his term of office?
- Annet Namisango,
Kasubi

A- I have done a lot. Many people come to me for assistance. I have embarked on the construction of Kawala Road. Works on that road had been estimated to cost sh154m, but the budget remained on paper for years. We are also working on drainage channels in Nsoba and Kiwunya, while clearing the areas of garbage. I use my money to fund all these activities.
