Ugandans to be trained

THE Uganda Investment Authority, through the Management Training and Advisory Centre (MTAC) in Nakawa is carrying out a countrywide project to give people business and financial management skills.

THE Uganda Investment Authority, through the Management Training and Advisory Centre (MTAC) in Nakawa is carrying out a countrywide project to give people business and financial management skills.
Speaking at his office, the MTAC executive director, George Tumwesigye, said: “With the way business is changing, one needs at least basic techniques to run a business efficiently. So we’re providing Ugandans the opportunity to acquire those skills free of charge.â€
He urged citizens to attend the courses wherever they are, adding that the project would last three years.
