You might know strong coffee and tea stain your teeth. In fact, many other drinks including red wine and cola soft drinks stain teeth just as badly.
You might know strong coffee and tea stain your teeth. In fact, many other drinks including red wine and cola soft drinks stain teeth just as badly.
To know if your favourite drink will eventually stain your teeth, pour a bit of it on white fabric and see if you can wash its stain out. If you can’t, then you better limit the frequency with which you take it or use straw to limit the teeth staining effect.
