Good Hope Rescue Centre, an NGO in Kenya, is housing a Ugandan who was picked from the streets about three years ago but does not recall his relatives. Hassan Kyewalyanga is believed to be in his 40s, according to Jackson Isabirye, coordinator Blue Cross Uganda, to which the centre is affiliated. He only remembers Kiboga district and Luzira, Kampala. Kyewalyanga receives goods that meet his basic needs. “We call upon his relatives or any other person who knows him to contact us,” said Isabirye. He is suspected to come from Kiboga.
