Nobody cares about the road!

SIR — Since October 2006, the access road off Port Bell Road next to Silver Springs Hotel at the washing bay is still inaccessible! Efforts have been made to reach our leaders, who during election time nearly go on their knees begging for votes, but most of the time are unavailable.
SIR — Since October 2006, the access road off Port Bell Road next to Silver Springs Hotel at the washing bay is still inaccessible! Efforts have been made to reach our leaders, who during election time nearly go on their knees begging for votes, but most of the time are unavailable.
Much as we appreciate the fact that KCC has built a more durable bridge, it has taken centuries and you can imagine the amount of suffering it has caused to the people! Mark you, this is just a few kilometres from the city centre, so we wonder what the mayor and the LC3 officials are thinking about. Besides, our MP is also a minister and some ministers are resident in the area.
The people they purport to represent do not appreciate the neglect they have suffered for nine months and regret why they elected them!
