EDITOR—The residents of Kisenyi zone, Bwaise 1 parish are fed up with the noise from Kevin inn. The inn is in a residential area but plays very loud music and the residents cannot sleep peacefully.

We even wonder how the students of Pimbas Secondary School concentrate on their night studies in such a situation. The LCs in the area have completely failed to control the situation. Where can we report this matter?
