Recently, Celtel Uganda hosted media houses to a get-together party at Faze 2. Artiste Bella showed why she is referred to as the dancehall queen.
She drove revellers wild, while artiste Phina Mugerwa went an extra mile. She teased guests by sitting on them, while challenging others to dance with her.
