OKAY, so the<b> Kampala Serena Hotel</b> is now open to the public after months of renovations. Whilst the hotel does look serene, when the crowds flocked there en mass to have a look and take in a number of beers, they were left agape when the bills were presented. <br>

Some assumed that a beer was going for sh3,500, which is the norm in most hotels.
However, at Serena, a beer is a staggering 5k! Make sure you have enough dime before taking a guzzle there.
