THE Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) has said Mufti Shaban Mubajje cannot resign even after a recommendation in a report from the probe committee.
In a statement issued on Friday, UMSC officials said the committee ‘made a preconceived decision to recommend the sacking of the Mufti when it did not get his input.†The probe team released the report on Wednesday.
