THE New Vision has rewarded winners of the ‘Best and worst competition’ with sh50,000 each.

The competition saw President Yoweri Museveni emerge as the best man for 2004 and the Lord’s Resistance Army chief, Joseph Kony, as the worst. First Lady Janet Museveni was best woman.
Presenting the prizes to the winners, New Vision’s features editor Barbara Kaija commended the participants for their contribution.

“We are really indebted to you because we survive on your support. Having young people participate this year shows that the New Vision’s readership is growing and has a bright future ahead,” she said.

The winners were John Omadi, 16, Richard Katimbo, 20, and Mary Nansubuga.
