Gulu LC5 vice-chairman Paul Ojok Kerobino was addressing displaced persons at Unyama IDP camp on Thursday.
He said this would cause more blood shed in the north.

THE Police in Arua have recorded a statement from the chairman of Movement cadres in Arua, accusing MP Anim Angupale of assaulting him.
Herbert Afidra said the reported clash took place on Wednesday at Heritage Gardens in Arua town.
Afidra told The New Vision that Angupale threw a plastic chair on his legs harming him.
