Oteba finally off the shelf

CONGS of the week go out to Florence Oteba of Stanbic Bank, who is finally getting married! Oteba as you remember was once going out with former Sanyu FM presenter, Mark 'the kwikster'.

On top of that, she was a regular on the party scene and a permanent fixture in Silk Royale.

Now she has mellowed down and is getting hitched to Michael Bageine, son of former MP Shem Bageine on August 20.
