JINJA — Jinja SS headmaster Hajji Abud Mulawa has attributed the school’s improved academic performance to teamwork by the staff and students. The school sent 25 candidates to Makerere University on government sponsorship, becoming the second-best school in Busoga region after Kiira College Butiki that sent 45 students.

KAPCHORWA — The LC5 councillors have asked the Ag. chief administrative officer (CAO), Eng. Albert Lachawu, to explain reported double payment for a road sector project. The councillors were recently reacting to the 2004/2005 budget performance report.
