Tourism Promotion Services Limited (TPS) owned by The Aga Khan Fund for Economic Fund (AKFED) takes over the management of Nile Hotel International Limited on February 11.
The finance minister, Gerald Ssendaula, said this on Thursday at the ministry boardroom in Kampala.
Ssendaula said there will be a 30-day transition period for handover.
The 30-year concession with initial payment of $1.2m was sealed on Thursday between TPS and Ssendaula.
