AIRMASTER Travel Ltd., a company that had been providing air tickets for the national team and soccer officials since April last year, has given FUFA five days to pay sh31m arrears or else face legal action.
The company, through Byenkya, Kihika and Co. Advocates, wrote to the soccer governing body yesterday threatening to institute a suit against them for failing to clear their arrears.
According to operations manager Happy Walusaga, the move had to be taken because FUFA had deliberately neglected and refused to pay the stated amount by the end of November last year.
“This move will probably prompt FUFA to pay our money and learn to do clean business with other people,” Walusaga told The New Vision.
