Scouts say when the chief guest, Queen Mother, Best Kemigisa turned up for the function, her bodyguard took his royal duties a trifle too far.
Clad in battle fatigues complete with a red beret and armed with an AK-47, during the show he had other things on his mind than guarding Best.
As Best watched the show he was busy guzzling down bottles of Nile Special Lager. Not content with the beers, when Best went up on stage to announce the three winners, the bodyguard too stormed the stage and in the process, shoving the beauty queens out of the way as he sought to protect his client.
Now feeling all too macho, the bodyguard was ridiculed when Best decided enough was enough and gave him her handbag to
hold.
