For faith or treason?

SIR— Allow me to ask the former Anglican Archbishop of Uganda, the Rt. Rev. Livingstone Nkoyoyo or any other religious leader to shed more light on the story which appeared in the New Vision of June 2 in which he told us how his grandfather, Eriya Kagiri Musigula, survived martyrdom.<br>

Now, my question is, Did Nkoyoyo’s grandfather survive martyrdom or did he just miss it? If he survived, as Nkoyoyo said, I get tempted to think that may be the so-called
martyrs were killed for their disobedience to the king rather than their strong religious beliefs as you want us
to believe.
