KAMPALA — An Internal Security Organisation officer, Lt. Godfrey Musisi, who recently caused a stir when he moved near President Museveni with a pistol, has sued the government, complaining that he was unjustly discontinued from the army.
He told the High Court last week that the army commander, Lt. Gen. Aronda Nyakairima, dismissed him from the army in March 1995 while he was still the deputy Director of Military Intelligence.
