What happened to KCC’s mobile brothel?

The freight container brothel, which Mayor John Ssebaana Kizito's KCC must have given a licence to operate outside The New Vision offices in Industrial Area, was removed last Sunday.

The operation, which got underway late in the evening, was done at a time when the owners thought our sleaze scouts were at home seeing it was a Sunday.
However, they goofed! As our pictures show, clients would pay for the privilege of getting laid to a hooker on a tatty and well worn out remnants of a cardboard box that once contained cooking oil from the US.
Those with more spending power would have the luxury of 'doing it' on a cheap blanket of the kind sold on Luwum Street. Though the brothel has been relocated, we are offering a free crate of beer to the first person who can tell us where its new home is: E-mails as usual to: tbukumunhe@newvision.co.ug
