On Monday at 6:00pm, a grey Sprinter –– UAD 138* pulled up outside BJ’s Pub with two occupants speaking Lusoga –– a man and a woman.
After waiting for half an hour, their quarry turned up with official documents and occupied the front seat. The kaboozi was brisk with the quarry saying he could not afford the official URA tax price.
“It’s okay, we can help you. The sooner we work on things, the sooner we get to eat sh4m from the deal. Leave it to us,†the officials told him. After shaking on the deal, the quarry left the car while the two shameless revenue officers heartily toasted to their deal!
