Kibwanga chucks LDC

Adam Kibwanga, President of the Reform Youth, has chucked in his postgraduate legal studies course at LDC and is reportedly heading to the UK for a Masters course. According to people in the know, Kibwanga has not been the same since the crash of his Nissan Super Saloon and perhaps the man just need a break form his hectic schedule in Uganda.
