Tom Mugenga who is turning 50 tomorrow, (was born on a sunday also, coincidence eh?), bought a silver round eyes benz and was to put personal plates ‘Just 50’ on it and throw a grand party to celebrate. But the rose farmer (he calls himself these days) changed his mind this week, gave the benz to his wife (for his birthday), and his birthday celebration will be held at his mother's gravesite in Kisoro — where he will present her roses from his farm.
