The NRM is slowly disarming the Karimojong

I wish to discuss some issues raised by Andrew Allam in his recent article, Bullets, not guns are the problem in Karamoja (The New Vision, February, 20) in which he threw cold water on the government’s programme to disarm the Karimojong.
