Teso education poor

Teso University chancellor Rtd. Bishop G. Illukor has said Teso districts are lagging behind in education, writes Kenneth Otim.Speaking at the installation of members of the University organs, Illukor said, “we were far a head in education but now we are far behind.”The ceremony, held at the Soroti public gardens on Saturday was attended by Omara Atubo, the Member of Parliament for Otuke county in Lira district, Christine Aporu, the state minister for disaster preparedness and a former minister in Obote 1 regime C. j. Obwangor.Other dignitaries that attended the function included the Emorimor, Augustine Lemukol Osuban and his Kenyan representative.
