KAMPALA — The Police in Namugongo, a city suburb, on Sunday arrested a UPDF soldier and a barber over military fatigues. Police Spokesman Asuman Mugenyi said the two were arrested after a tip off from the public who got alarmed on seeing a barber wearing an army uniform.Ends
