YUMBE — Women in the town council have formed an association. The association chaired by Rita Candiru, the LC3 speaker of Romogi sub-county, was formed on July 14. The LC3 chairman, Moses Rubeson, donated sh100,000 to the association. “The objective of forming this association is to alleviate poverty among the women,” Rubeson said. Ends
