KAMPALA — Two Uganda People’s Defence Forces soldiers were on Wednesday remanded in Luzira Prisons after they denied charges of threatening violence, demanding property with intent to steal and conspiracy to steal. Elly Atebwa, 19, of Nakasongola and Asuman Ntambi, 25, of Kireka, a Kampala suburb, appeared before Chief Magistrate Margaret Mafabi. Ends
