Mike Mukula declares goat

Health State Minister and Soroti Municipality MP, Capt. Mike Mukula took the Inspector General of Government Jotham Tumwesigye's appeal to declare his wealth literally, or was it with too much zeal? The captain who was notable late in submitting his declaration to the IGG, included a lot of trivial items. Among these was a Montblank ball pen and a goat, which he had apparently donated to a youth group in Nebbi. Irked, the IGG wrote back to inform him that those items were not considered as ‘wealth’, reminding him that by the term, they meant anything worth sh100,000 and above. Oh dear!
