James Kazini has directed UPDF officers in the Karamoja region to establish footpaths and cattle tracks used by the Turkana to drive away cattle across the Uganda-Kenya border.Kazini, who visited the border at Nakiloro on Wednesday, said knowledge of the footpaths and cattle tracks would enable the UPDF intercept the enemy before they cross into Kenya.“If you cannot challenge the environment, it will challenge you,” Kazini told the officers as he sat on a rock at the border.Ends
