Musamali THE District LC5 chairmanship race went into overdrive on Saturday at Kireka.The incumbent, Engineer Ian Kyeyune, and his main rival, outgoing district deputy speaker, Jonah Nsubuga treated the audience to verbal bombshells dismissing each other’s professional qualifications.Kyeyune disputed Nsubuga’s teaching qualifications saying they were a sham. He said the only person with the right to call himself a teacher is one who has gone through professional teacher training. Nsubuga in turn dismissed Kyeyune’s qualifications saying Kyambogo had never produced any engineers.Ends
