UTODA man tricks driver

A man declared himself foolish to a Uganda Taxi Operators and Drivers Association (UTODA) operative just to be set free.It all started when a smartly dressed passenger boarded a Kamwokya-Bukoto-Ntinda taxi . The driver was too busy to realise that it was a UTODA security man looking for tax offenders. When the man demanded to look at his driving permit and parking fees for the day, he confessed, he did not have the ticket and had not paid for a week, admitting that he was stupid.However, he opted to settle the matter with only sh5,000 bribery, after which man walked away.No sooner had he walked than he turn around and called himself stupid as he wants free money.ends
