KAMPALA — The First Deputy Prime Minister, Eriya Kategaya, has said rebel leader Joseph Kony could benefit from the amnesty law if he voluntarily surrendered.
KAMPALA — The First Deputy Prime Minister, Eriya Kategaya, has said rebel leader Joseph Kony could benefit from the amnesty law if he voluntarily surrendered. Kategaya said yesterday that Kony would be immune from prosecution under the law. He was answering questions from the parliamentary committee on defence and internal affairs during scrutiny of the ministry’s policy statement for this financial year.Ends
