KAMPALA — Britain has named Adam Kenneth Wood, 47, the new envoy to Uganda.
KAMPALA — Britain has named Adam Kenneth Wood, 47, the new envoy to Uganda. He replaces Tom Philips. Wood’s appointment is subject to Uganda’s acceptance. He has been a development counsellor at the Department of International Development since 2000. He has worked in Thailand and the European Commission in Brussels.
